As we fast approach Summer here's a little guide of the juicest, most nutritious seasonal delights for June. My favs are berries, spinach and mint. However there is a whole host of fruit and vegetables coming into season as we reach the warmer weather. Are any of these on your top list?
FRUITS: Apricots, Nectarines, Blackcurrants, Raspberries, Cherries, Rhubarb, Elderflower Strawberries, Gooseberries.
VEGETABLES: Asparagus, Fennel Bulbs, Peas, Globe Artichoke, Rocket Cabbage Lettuce - Curly & Lamb’s Spinach, Carrots, Mange Tout, Spring Onion, Chicory, Cucumber Pak Choi,Watercress.
HERBS: Angelica, Mint, Chervil
