The Yin Yang Adventure of Wellness
Health and Wellbeing - these are my passions. Ever since I had a life-changing diagnosis 20+ years ago, I've searched for ways to manage my medically termed 'dis-ease'. Along the way, I have gathered mind expanding knowledge about healing myself and the potential of our amazingly understated bodies.

I was so driven to heal myself naturally, I thought... "I might as well change career!" What I have learned and put into self-practice since then has avoided the need for me to have intrusive interventions and equally has baffled medical specialists. My 20 years of professional caring, sharing and learning includes:
different movement sciences
supporting others with serious long term dis-ease
spreading natural and empowering health harmony knowledge, as well as
re-connecting women, children and men with their personal broken mind-body links - because of stress and trauma.

This is both a personal and professional journey - that has not been without challenge - which has presented a true opportunity to grow and learn. I have quietly mastered my craft through study and practice. Sometimes it can feel wearing, however for the most part, this adventure of mine continues to keep me uplifted and limitlessly inspired.

I now reach mid-life (my menopause journey). I am vibrant and well, despite ironically, the global health crisis of this time. I see that the investment to learn and practice has been an asset, it has made me beautifully resilient and wholistically strong. Here I am: Wellness Advocate; Health Equalities Activist; Community Healer; Spokesperson; Light Worker; Exercise Physiologist; Health Psychologist [major]; Holistic Qigong (chee-gong) Practitioner - a Wellpreneur.
I am humbled to have been a part of supporting 100s of beautiful beings 'to feel and be better' using empathy, traditional as well as modern science approaches. My solutions are nature led. Alternative Medicine is an Art form, it is Alchemy and it is powerful. It has saved me - and now I share as YinYang Samantra.

The body is always seeking balance internally, the mind is always responding to make adjustments, our hearts pump to circulate the change, the more balanced we are the more at peace we feel. No cliche here - this is a body, heart, mind and spirit journey.
